The PC Grabber™ model 2 provides field technicians with a real-time storage tool for quick diagnostics of problems in CPE and C.O.
environments. This inexpensive, portable unit increases productivity by reducing installation,
maintenance and repair time. The model 2 is a compact and software driven telephony
tester, which has two external connections: DB9 serial port for connection to the host computer and
a RJ11 input for connection to the telephone line. It allows for confirmation of Dtmf and pulse digits with on/off parameters, frequency,
hookflash/wink interval time and hook status.
Verify PBX, voice mail, auto dialer programming and proper signal protocol in DID/TIE line disputes.
The data can be saved to a computer file for later viewing. Use your computer as a digit analyzer at half the cost of comparable hand held units.
